We're seeking a product designer with 4+ years of experience who can demonstrate a user-centered approach through a compelling portfolio. You should be proficient in industry standard tools like Figma or Sketch, with experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
A solid grasp of web and mobile design principles is essential, as is the ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Your visual design skills should be exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail. Equally important is your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience is expected.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of design for product features from initial concepts through high-fidelity designs and implementation support. You'll create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that communicate your vision clearly.
Your work will be grounded in user research; you'll conduct studies and synthesize insights into design decisions that solve real problems. Close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders will be central to your process.
You'll also maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the product. We'll look to you to facilitate design workshops and critiques, advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization, and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
