We're looking for a seasoned engineer with 5+ years of software engineering experience who has demonstrated success leading technical teams. You should have deep expertise in modern web frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, combined with solid backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential, and familiarity with AI/ML integration would be a significant advantage.

Above all, you possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is expected.

Responsibilities

As Lead Engineer, you'll serve as both a technical leader and a mentor to our engineering team. You'll architect and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions while driving technical decisions and establishing best practices across the organization.

Collaboration is key you'll work closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our technical solutions align with business objectives.

You'll maintain high standards through code reviews, comprehensive testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines. We'll count on you to identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks proactively. Additionally, you'll contribute to the product roadmap and technical strategy, ensuring we're building the right solutions the right way.
