Experiences
We're seeking a customer support professional with 2+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills you can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail enable you to resolve issues effectively. Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom is a plus.
Most importantly, you approach every interaction with empathy and patience, understanding that behind every support request is a person who needs help. You work well independently and as part of a team. You're tech-savvy and quick to learn new software. A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others are essential. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the voice of our company to our customers. You'll respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly, providing helpful, friendly support. When technical issues arise, you'll troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.
You'll document common issues and solutions in our knowledge base, creating resources that help customers help themselves. When you spot bugs or recurring issues, you'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and get them resolved.
Your frontline perspective is valuable you'll provide product feedback from customers to help us improve. Maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores will be a key measure of success.
You'll also contribute to creating help documentation and tutorials. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours.
