Experiences
We're seeking an executive with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership (VP Engineering, Director, or CTO). You've demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations to 50+ engineers and have deep expertise in modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
Experience building and scaling SaaS products is essential, as is a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications. We're looking for strategic thinking paired with solid business acumen, plus outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
You should have experience with fundraising and board presentations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is expected.
Responsibilities
As CTO, you'll define and execute our technical vision and strategy, ensuring our technology investments drive business success.
You'll lead and scale the engineering organization, recruiting and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of excellence.
You'll drive product innovation through thoughtful application of emerging technologies and oversee all technical architecture and infrastructure decisions.
Managing the engineering budget and resource allocation effectively will be crucial. You'll collaborate closely with the executive team on company strategy, ensure security and compliance across engineering, and represent the technical vision to investors, the board, and external partners.
Staying current with industry trends and the competitive landscape will inform your strategic decisions.
